Before I start, I will always say that price structure is going to be your biggest obstacle with millennials. I was asking a friend, who isn't a member of associations, how they felt about joining one, to which I got: "We don't even like paying for the things we have to pay for." And after a pause asked: "is there a reason I’d have to join one?"

Automating campaigns is everyone’s dream and biggest fear.  Eliminating the amount of work and time that goes into building and testing these emails is always a win, right?   At some point we all want to be able to set it and forget it.  On the other hand, letting go of the control and trusting that the system will be accurate is the hardest piece, so it is important to eliminate the risk.  That said, one way to do that is to choose the method of deployment.

This trend isn’t new, it has been creeping its way from tread to reality as more and more organizations are accepting they need to be data-driven. But who controls that data? IT? Marketing?
