This program is designed to help you improve your sending score and, ultimately, pave the way for effective data-driven marketing. Specifically, this program offers consultative workshops where we'll determine your current data hygiene status. We'll then guide you through engagement measurement, help you build SOPs on data maintenance and collection, and offer up ways to optimize your current engagement strategy.
In this workshop, we'll conduct a joint session to fully develop up to 4 of your buyer personas to influence your content, your programming, your messaging, and your marketing strategy. The workshop will be conducted virtually to understand your prospects' and customers' buying behaviors, attributes, and goals and challenges. While more than 4 personas may be identified, the workshop will provide you with the framework to continue to flesh out additional personas on your own.
In this workshop, we'll conduct a joint session designed to categorize your membership data into meaningful segments for improved member engagement and retention. The workshop will be conducted virtually to help you understand your members' buying behaviors, attributes, attributes, goals, and challenges. Additionally, we'll help you map the data within your current database to each segment, and will help you identify data gaps that would influence an effective marketing plan.
Through this 3-week audit, we'll assess your email data and metrics to determine ways to increase your delivery (getting to the inbox) and deliverability (getting to the right folder in the inbox) rates. Output of this audit will include a report with findings and recommendations for improvements. Note that while the audit report will be delivered in 3 weeks, execution of recommended activities will be based on your organization's schedule.
