As the client you will need three things to adopt your new platform: your templates, your data integration, and ideation for workflows. Our job at HighRoad Solution in ensuring your success is to move efficiently and tandemly through the phases of the integration and adoption part of the process. The whole process from raw data integration to complete campaign execution and reporting can happen in under two months and as little as six weeks.

First, there is a kick-off call to go over the methodology, introduce the team, review the project timeline, and discuss next steps. We will review the email portfolio, identify the email schedule for the next few weeks, and choose templates to be carried over.  Here we are either designing a template from scratch or migrating existing templates.

Next, is the template configuration and walkthrough. While the templates are underway, the development team is working on the integration piece. Once complete, a full data tour and user acceptance testing (UAT) can take place. Once the integration and UAT is complete, final training and adoption can occur in which a campaign is deployed. Finally, we can show reporting and discuss automation workflow best practices. At this point your are live and executing email campaigns on a regular basis.

Now that you know what to expect, your team can rest assured that they will be enjoying the benefits of a new platform adoption before the ink has even dried on the contract.
