Today we bid good luck to Lisa Campo who leaves HighRoad for a newly created marketing communications position at the American Council on Teaching Foreign Languages. Lisa has served HighRoad for the past year on our MarTech team to help organizations such as CFMA, Boardsource and SnowSports Industry America build modern emails using HubSpot. Lisa has already been a contributor to our BAM! blog and tweeted from her HighRoad handle. Don't You Hate When Your Association Member or Staff Member Cries at Change?

I can't believe I just caught myself saying that we should change digital to fit the print mindset. It's true, I'm guilty. I'm working into the wee hours because I want change and change doesn't usually fit into the typical 40 (or even 35 work hour week of some associations) hour week. Change is an investment, it's a discipline and it has a voice all its own--even to the change agent.
