HighRoad Solution is Gold Star Certified by TMA Resources

Ashburn VA – October 12, 2012 – TMA Resources’ Gold Star Certification Program awards Solution Partners that have demonstrated excellence in an integration to the association management system (AMS) Personify environment.   

HighRoad became the first partner in the TMA Resources Partnership Program in 2007 after integrating its Campaign Email solution to Personify. Since then, HighRoad has implemented more than 50 Personify integrations.  The integration between Personify and HighRoad’s Campaign Email Solution allows associations the ability to segment and target their member communications, allowing for better member engagement and campaign automation.  

After an extensive due diligence process was conducted by TMA Resources, HighRoad Solution along with Higher Logic were the first solution partners to achieve Gold Star Certified status on October 11, 2012 after demonstrating the following capabilities:

• A standard out-of-the-box integration with Personify that is currently utilized by over 50 HighRoad clients

• Bi-directional integration (Segmented Personify data pushed to eMarketing database daily & eMarketing data written back to Personify (example: activities, orders, etc.)

• A well-documented and demonstrable integration with standard pricing, out-of-the-box feature inclusion & end-user documentation

• A HighRoad-Personify website that provides full details on the integration

• A showcase video that highlights the HighRoad-Personify integration

• Five customer case studies that highlight and reference existing customer applications 

• Fully certified and trained staff that regularly attend TMA Resources Personify Technical Training
