You have heard of it, and my guess is that in the next few weeks, you will be hearing about it a lot more.  "CASL is coming, CASL is coming!" The question is, do you know what your organization is doing about it?

There is a reason that it has been 36 years since a horse has won a Triple Crown.  Throughout history only 11 horses can claim that coveted title. Experts would say that these three races--each of differing lengths and on different tracks within a relatively short time span-- are what make it such a difficult feat.  Factor in jockey error, track conditions, and the whim of a 1000-pound animal, and it becomes obvious that the odds are just not on your side.  Getting is all just right is what is required for a horse to achieve this level of greatness
