So, if you read my previous blog, you'll know that I covered Breeze Agents. If you missed it, I encourage you to
check it out. Agents are the new wave of HubSpot AI and potentially the most potent when it comes to efficiency and staff time-savings. Now we're moving on to the Agent's younger and more codependent sib—Breeze Assistant.
Breeze Assistants
What are they?
Breeze Assistants are going to work with you, side-by-side, on the tasks you’re executing in your day-to-day. They need your constant direction, supervision, and feedback, all administered through prompts. Consider this your very sharp entry level, overachieving do-er. They need context and guidance but they'll continue to evolve with your oversight. The most important distinction is that Assistants won’t take action on their own. For all of these tasks, your Assistants follow your lead.
What are some association examples?
Think repurposing a blog, synthesizing committee meeting notes, or reporting on conference registration insights. That just scratches the surface. You'll see your Assistants pop up throughout HubSpot (if you already have it). It's entirely your choice whether you leverage them or not.
What does set-up look like?
Your Assistants need very light set-up. They’re more of the flick-of-a-switch type. You just need to turn on your Breeze Assistant under your HubSpot settings, and prompt your Assistant from there depending on what room you’re in within HubSpot and what you're looking to accomplish.
Breeze Assistants released in 2025
Keep in mind, Breeze Assistants have been around for over a year now. So there are many more sitting idly or perhaps already working for you in HubSpot. This blog is covering the Breeze Assistant 2.0 updates. For all Breeze Assistants, simply take a gander around your HubSpot instance, or chat with our Strategic Account Managers. Whether you have HubSpot currently or not, they can point you in the right direction.
In the meantime, here are the Breeze Assistants that were released last year:

Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Assistant
What you need: Marketing Hub or Enterprise
Account-based Marketing (ABM) gets even easier through this company- and org-focused assistant. The Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) embodies firmographic information at the company level, such as: industry, size, tech stack, digital maturity, just to name a few. Think of this as your top-level lead qualifier. These are the companies and orgs that you want to target based on your defined criteria. From there, you move into the personas under those ICPs. Now you're moving from our targets into the individuals you're going to interact with.
This is where the ICP Assistant comes in. Once you've loaded your ICP and your personas, your Assistant is going to roleplay and test the following in real-time prior to you even hitting the send button:
- Messaging
- Content
- Imagery
- Offers
- Campaigns
- and more...
